Curriculum

SPS believes in providing a  broad and balanced curriculum that stimulates the interests of the children, encourages personal research and fosters a love of learning.

It is designed to ensure that pupils are thoroughly prepared for competitive 11+ entrance examinations to independent secondary schools and local grammar schools.

Classroom activities are supported by a regular programme of trips and visits including opportunities for travel abroad.

The curriculum is under continuous review in order to take into consideration new initiatives and developments.
