Sport

Sport, and in particular team games, play an important part in life at SPS. The School's philosophy is that sport should be competitive but inclusive and there are opportunities for all pupils to play matches during their time at SPS, including inter-house tournaments.

Many fixtures are played against other local schools in netball, rounders, soccer and cricket.  The School also competes in a number of local tournaments with high levels of success in recent years.

During the Summer Term each year separate Sports' Days are held for the Lower and Upper Schools, where the focus is on team effort but with opportunities for individuals to shine.
