The Lower School

In the early years children engage in activities which develop their basic literacy and numeracy skills and foster a love for learning.

Each class is taught by a class teacher who, with the help of Learning Support Assistants, is responsible for teaching most areas of the curriculum.  The children also benefit from specialist subject teaching in PE, Music, French and ICT.

 Parents are encouraged to work in partnership with the School ensuring high standards of achievement from an early age.

 All pupils are screened in the early years to identify any individual needs and extra tuition is available at an additional cost.
