VISIT BY MR ARNOLD SCHWARTZMAN OBE RDI

We were delighted to welcome Mr Schwartzman along with his sister, Diana, and daughter, Hannah, to Assembly on Thursday morning. Mr Schwartzman had been evacuated from London during WW2 and attended SPS for a time. His presentation entitled The Seven Ages of Schwartzman, which included slides of places he had lived and been educated and special occasions, as well as some of his wonderful design work, described his life from birth through his illustrious career to the present day. Mr Schwartzman then answered some of the children's questions, before having lunch and a brief look around the School.
We are hoping that Mr Schwartzman will be able to visit us again on one of his future trips to the UK to talk to older children about graphic design.
