GIANT SLEEPOVER

Five SPS pupils were amongst twenty-seven children who took part in The Giant Sleepover 2008 on Saturday 14th June at Shepperton Cricket Club. This was a national attempt to break two Guinness World records - the most people on a sleepover in one night and the most people brushing their teeth simultaneously in the morning for two minutes!

The five pupils were Nicholas B (4W), Harry H (6E), Owen H-M (6J), Lyndron K-R (6E) and Shivam P (4R). Over £1,000 was raised for the Save the Children charity at the event from sponsoring the children to run laps of the cricket outfield. All five SPS participants ran in excess of 22 laps. Well done!
