Reception Visit to Ladyland Farm - Friday 27th June
27th June 2008
The children visited Ladyland Farm last Friday. The farm is a family run, working farm set in 100 acres. During the morning there was hands on teaching where the children experienced touching sheep, chicks, ducklings, rabbits and calves. Following a busy morning and lots of hand washing, we had lunch followed by a tractor ride and some playtime on straw bales and tractors. Everybody enjoyed the day and we returned to School tired but happy. The children’s behaviour was outstanding.
