Hiring Facilities

At Staines Prep we are proud of our outstanding facilities, and we welcome commercial and community organisations to hire these either as a regular booking or for one-off events.

We have a variety of sporting, theatrical and teaching spaces to hire, which are typically available during the following times (subject to variation):

Please Note: Discounts may be available for multiple bookings

* The community rate will only apply to voluntary sports coaching, voluntary community activities, political and religious activities. There are occasions where the community rates are applied to lettings, however this is at the discretion of the school. Any lettings outside of this will fall into the commercial rate category and will be charged at that rate.

Further charges for hire

• + 3% Public Liability Insurance cover will be added unless Hirer’s certificate of insurance is supplied
• £100 will be charged for bookings over 250 people
• £100 per booking Floor protection. This must be taken with all non sport related bookings for the Peter Roberts Hall
• A refundable deposit is required to secure bookings
