Supporting Our Community

Staines Prep is not just a school, it’s a community.

During their time with us, your child will learn through our Staines Prep Way values to respect and support other people, and as a school we reflect this by supporting a wide range of charities through our House and Community Challenges. Our House Charity Day sees each House – led by the House Captains – offer up different and fun activities to raise money for their chosen charity.

Through our Christmas Appeal last year we supported the Home-Start Spelthorne charity. They support ordinary parents in Spelthorne who are going through extraordinary times. Our families kindly donated food and gift items to be given to these local families during the Christmas period.

Our pupils often extend their generous community spirit through supporting local charities outside school, giving their time to organise bake sales, pick up litter, take part in sponsored activities and even donate their birthday money!
