Catering

At Staines Prep your child enjoys a handmade, nutritionally-balanced meal at lunchtime.

There is a selection of daily hot meals and a selection of salads, cold meats, tuna, eggs and cheese, along with jacket potatoes to choose from.

Pupils are able to help themselves to the fresh crudites and a fresh fruit platter, along with bread and butter to accompany their meals. There is always enough to fill even the hungriest of tummies! Daily cold desserts can include cheese and crackers, yoghurt, and home-baked cookies/traybakes. A hot dessert is served as a Friday treat.

We are conscious of allergies and dietary preferences and our welfare team ensures that all staff are made aware of these. If necessary, your child will be guided when making their food choice to ensure they choose an appropriate option.
