During Exam Week, Year 6 and some Year 5 pupils took part in the Primary Maths Challenge (PMC). The PMC is a fun and exciting maths challenge that is sat by children across the UK. It encourages enthusiasm, boosts confidence in mathematics and shows the different way questions can be asked.
The questions focus on problem solving skills and helps pupils to develop their reasoning skills. The PMC awards 3 levels which are Gold, Silver and Bronze. We are very proud of all the children that took part in this challenge and had the opportunity to apply their problem-solving skills to a variety of complex problems.
