I have read and understood the school's Terms and Conditions and agree to make a registration fee payment of £120 (includes VAT) via bank transfer. The fee for children joining Sunflowers Nursery is £100 (VAT exempt).

When the offer of a place is made, the New Joiner Form will be sent to parents to complete. A deposit will be required, and the clearance of this payment is formal acknowledgment that you have accepted our conditional offer, subject to pre assessment.
